ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Journal is published three times per year. Subscription to the Journal costs $25.00 per year in advance, domestic; $28.00, foreign. Subscriptions are renewed automatically unless the Journal is notified to the contrary prior to expiration. Subscribers must report the nonreceipt of copies within six months of the mailing date.
